Shipping
At checkout you are offered two types of shipping.

1] Standard Delivery (2-3 days) at £7.99
2] Next Day Delivery (only for orders before 11.45 am Monday to Thursday) at £11.99

Please note that our couriers dont deliver at the weekend, so if you ask for next day delivery on a Friday morning we wont be able to deliver until Monday.

Express Seating can deliver to anywhere in mainland UK. We cannot deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Man, Orkney, Northern Ireland, Shetland and Scottish Islands may be liable to a carriage surcharge and take a little longer to be delivered. You may have your order despatched to your home/billing address or if more convenient or you are buying a gift you may choose a separate delivery address.

We try hard to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt, orders received before 1pm will almost certainly be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, subject to availability). If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.

Returns
Express Seating offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased. This means that if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from us you may return it to us up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging. Please note that postal or courier charges are not refundable (Unless the product is found to be defective). If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping the goods to our premises and at your own cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount (excluding any postal or courier charges) within 30 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we will deduct the cost of collection from your refund.

For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website (excluding any postal or courier charges). We will refund the full amount you paid (excluding any postal or courier charges) within 30 days of receipt of the order.
